The P.U.P.S. facility is impound only and does not do adoptions to the public. Unclaimed animals can only get out through rescue. They can be euthanized if we are not able to find rescue in a timely manner, or if they have a contagious illness.

PUPS is the impound facility for the following cities: Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Champlin, Crystal, Maple Grove, New Hope, and Plymouth. This is a 100% volunteer run page. The staff at PUPS, and the cities listed above are in no way responsible for the content of this page.
